Part 4 Evidence You're a Disciple

True discipleship is evidenced by transformation over time — from salvation to abiding in Christ and producing spiritual fruit. A disciple treasures Jesus above all else, increasingly hates sin, and submits to God's lordship with a posture of humility. We cannot rescue ourselves from sin; only Jesus can — our only hope is in abiding in Him and surrendering fully to His love and power.
