ABOUT  OUR PANTRY

Here at Living Hope, we believe in the importance of doing good and taking care of those within the household of faith, but also those in need who perhaps have never been to our church.

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith” Gal. 6:9-10

In 1 John 3:11-17, we are brought into the light of tangible acts in following Jesus. When we love our brethren, despite all circumstances, we have crossed from death to life. When we love our brothers and sisters in Christ by offering our most cherished possessions, we are indeed following Jesus with all we have like Scripture teaches us (Mt. 22:37-39).

SUPPORTING ONE ANOTHER

In light of the economic challenges many are facing today, our Helping Hands Pantry will allow us the opportunity to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way through an act of meeting a basic human need.

We are encouraged to join hands with other believers and keep spurring one another on to good works. We cannot do this alone. We need to have our circle of accountability and relationships within the family of God. The truth of the matter is: we don’t have to wait to support one another, we can do so now.

Those who would like to contribute or make donations to our pantry are welcome to do so by donating money towards this ministry under the “Helping Hands Pantry” option on our app or by making a donation through the envelope system at church. You can also donate food items to our pantry as well.
Whether you are part of the household of faith, or a guest we haven’t met yet, and you are in need, please visit us in person and let us know.
