It Matters - Part 1: Everything We Do Matters to God and is Used by Him

Oct 6, 2024    Pastor Erica Lavallee

Mark Twain said that the two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you discover why. Understanding what truly matters—knowing and loving God and others—guides how we spend our precious time. Even mundane tasks can become opportunities for worship when we realize everything we do matters to God and serves a greater purpose. By shifting our perspective from self-centeredness to a lens of service, we find joy in our actions and fulfill our calling as Christians, whose lives belong to Jesus. In doing so, we not only honor God but also receive His blessings now and in eternity, as our faithful service bears fruit in ways we might not initially see. So, reflect on how you can honor God in your daily work and make room for others in your life.
