Those Who Labor Among You

In 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, Paul urges believers to recognize, highly esteem, and support their pastors for their hard work in spiritual leadership. Christians are called to show consideration by acknowledging that pastors are chosen by God to guide them (Jeremiah 3:15, Hebrews 13:17), affection by loving and respecting them for their ministry, and submission by following and supporting them in their role (Romans 15:14). This deep respect and cooperation help honor pastors and foster peace and unity within the church
