About
Living Hope is a Bible-based, Jesus centered, worship oriented, prayer focused, loving body of believers whose mission is to love those whom God brings to us and give hope in Christ to a lost and hurting world. Look around our updated site and interact with us. With the Lord’s guidance, we are here to help you in any way that we can.
The Living Hope Church of God was established in 1996 and is affiliated with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). Pastors Glen and Mona Stephen, along with their two boys came here in 1998 and have been here ever since.
Pastors Glen and Mona Stephen stand on God’s Word and are avid believers in teaching people how to live under the authority of the Almighty God. They have a deep understanding of the emotional pain that people experience and are living testimonies that all things are possible with God. Their main desire is to see Christ glorified and to see the body of Christ walk in freedom.
| Pastor Glen Stephen, Senior Pastor
Pastor Glen was born and raised in the Montreal area where he attended John Rennie High school and toured with a rock band prior to receiving Christ. He graduated from Concordia University and Ottawa Teacher’s College after which he taught school in the Brockville area and later in the Ottawa region. He did biblical studies at L’Institut Biblique Beree (PAOC) in Montreal and later received a call from Pastor Carter Conlon to open a French church outside the Ottawa area. He was on the mission field with YWAM in Africa and Europe and worked with the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International. It is his desire to see the church apply the truth of the Word of God in order for the people to be free from bondage and to be a source of hope for a lost world. He has evidenced many changed lives as people receive Christ and put biblical truths in practice. |

| Pastor Mona Stephen, Executive Pastor
Pastor Mona was born and raised in the Ottawa area where she graduated from Algonquin College as a registered nurse. It was here that she received Christ under the ministry of Pastor Carter Conlon, who is currently the senior pastor at Times Square Church. She has worked with her husband in all phases of ministry from teaching, preaching, and counseling. She has been ordained with the Church of God of Cleveland, TN. She experienced the healing power of Christ which she is able to share to many who are seeking freedom. She has a deep understanding of the emotional pain that people experience and is a living testimony that all things are possible with God. Her main desire is to see Christ glorified and to see the body of Christ walk in freedom. |
